By using the Spaze Player or Partner app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Services
Spaze provides a platform for sports players to book arenas listed by partners. Arena availability, pricing, and management are controlled by arena partners.
3. Wallet and Payments
Players can load and use Spaze Wallet to book arenas. Payments are secure, and refunds are subject to cancellation policies set by partners.
4. User Responsibilities
- Players must ensure accurate profile and payment info.
- Partners must ensure the authenticity and availability of listed arenas.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds are governed by each partner’s cancellation policy. Spaze facilitates transactions but does not arbitrate refund disputes unless required by law.
6. Account Termination
Spaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating terms or misusing the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
